Cucumbers--Yum. Slice them up and mix them with vinegar, salt and pepper. Now you have a healthy and delicious snack. You can put these slices in small baggies and take them with you on the go. At work they make for a light, healthy snack between meals. The nutritious benefits of a cucumber will surprise you:

While sliced cucumbers are a delicious and nutritious snack, don't eat them all in one sitting. Save a few for something special.
